The Mobile Rocket Transport is an uncommon surface vehicle in LEGO Worlds, found only on the Moon. Not to be confused with the Mobile Rocket Launcher.
Description[]
The Mobile Rocket Transport is large single-seat blue and grey vehicle with a large missile on the back. It has eight large black rubber tyres with tread and an open-topped cockpit made mostly of yellow transparent glass. The tyres are grouped 4 and 4, with the rear four on a separate assembly that allows it to rotate for tighter turn radius. There is also a rocket engine attached to the rear wheel assembly - it fires up when the vehicle is occupied, as do two smaller positioning rockets above the wheel assembly. The rear half of the vehicle is made of a grey launching assembly holding the black and white missile horizontally until launch. There is a radar dish attached to the top of the assembly, that moves with the missile into launch position, but does not fire with the missile. The missile itself is black and white, with an antenna on the forward end, and a large multi-piece engine assembly on the rear. The transport has a deep klaxon-type horn sound. One functional red light on each side of the cockpit, two green ones on the trailer section, and a flashing red light on the radar dish all light up when the vehicle is occupied.
The engine makes a high pitched whining mixed with a gas engine when idling, and that whining rises slightly in pitch and volume when the vehicle is in motion.
The vehicle has very responsive controls, starting and stopping quickly, but has a wide turn radius, due to the length of the vehicle. It flexes at rear wheel assembly.
The missile can be launched by pressing the fire button ("F" on PC) twice: once to move the rocket into position, and a second time to actually launch it. The missile will leave a huge crater (32 studs in diameter) when it lands, destroying almost anything in its path. It cannot be aimed and will land randomly near where it was launched (potentially even striking the launcher itself!).
