Kai is a playable character in LEGO Worlds, based on the character of the same name from the 2017 LEGO Ninjago Movie. He is downloadable free with the Ninjago Bamboo Forest, a Brick Build in the Build Showcase.
Description[]
Kai wears a black ninja mask with a red headband. He has a red gi with a black trim and a black belt. He has black gloves and black pants with red diamond patterns at the knees. His face shows light brown eyebrows and a small scar over his right eye.
When idle, Kai will kneel with his arms stretched out and his hands glowing with power. He may periodically do a backflip, then bounce back and make a 'come here' gesture with his hand. His unarmed attacks glow with power.

Kai is the Elemental Master of Fire and a Ninja. Kai was recruited by Wu to become a Ninja alongside Cole, Zane, Jay, Lloyd, and Nya.
Kai is fiercely loyal and protective when it comes to his friends and his sister, Nya. Outgoing and enthusiastic, he is often ready with a hug. He might lack patience with some of Master Wu’s instructions, like trying to produce a flame by rubbing two sticks together, but Kai really gets fired up when there are bad guys to fight.
- For the first two months of his life his parents called him Ash.
- Kai once by accident forged a weapon called a 'Swingana' … Part yo-yo, part sword. It was not a big success.
- Once Kai singed off his eyebrows with the sword of fire, but no one noticed because he painted it back on with a black marker.
- When Kai's sister, Nya, was a baby, he used to juggle hammers to entertain her. When he dropped one on his foot, she laughed the hardest.

- Kai wants you to build a training area in the Ninjago Bamboo Forest before you can unlock him.
- In the movie, Kai uses two katanas. His preferred blade has not yet made it into LEGO Worlds.
